Hi, my name is Gemma Goldfinch, and I am a costume and fashion designer. I have a Master of Design from Auckland University of Technology, where I used historical costume design methods to create contemporary garments.

My work is driven by a passion for storytelling through clothing, exploring how costume can shape character, communicate emotion, and bring creative visions to life. I have a strong eye for detail and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, with advanced sewing skills and a hands on approach to garment construction.

I enjoy the process of transforming ideas into carefully considered costumes, from initial research and design development through to the final creation. Whether working with historical references, imaginative concepts, or contemporary designs, I bring creativity, precision, and care to every piece I create.
